Grinding Section
Using Water-drop SFSP 112 hammer mill for fine grinding. Automatic feeding system with magnet separator protects the mill from metal debris.
Mixing & Batching
High-precision SSHJ double-shaft mixer ensures CV < 5% homogeneity. Computerized batching scale handles up to 12 formulas automatically.
Pelleting Section
Dual SZLH 420 ring die pellet mills with double-layer conditioner. Steam injection system achieves optimal gelatinization for high-quality pellets.
Cooling & Packing
SKLN counter-flow cooler reduces pellet temperature to ambient +3°C. Auto packing scale with 50kg/bag capacity for finished product.
