1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the website of Tianyou Machinery, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Product Specifications

The materials appearing on Tianyou Machinery's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We strive for accuracy, but due to continuous R&D and engineering improvements:

• Machine colors, dimensions, and motor brands (Siemens/Wannan) are subject to the final contract.
• Ring Die specifications (compression ratio, hole pattern) must be confirmed via technical drawings before production.
• We reserve the right to change specifications without prior notice.

3. Quotations & Pricing

Any prices displayed on the website or generated via the "Quote List" are for reference only (EXW Liyang). Final transaction prices are subject to raw material costs (Steel/Stainless Steel) and exchange rates at the time of the official Proforma Invoice (PI).

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to machinery photos, project case studies, CAD drawings, and technical articles, is the property of Tianyou Machinery. Unauthorized reproduction or use of our ring die drawings for manufacturing by third parties is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tianyou Machinery or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Liyang City, Jiangsu Province.
